Update: the developer API is no longer available as of January 1st, 2023.
Following the release of dsc.gg v3, we will be sunsetting the v2 developer API on January 1st, 2023. After this date, the developer API will no longer be available for use by new or existing developers.
Why is the developer API being sunset? Will there be a new version?
The decision to sunset the developer was made to prioritize and allocate resources to the features users cared about most. We do not have any plans to offer a v3 developer API at this time.
Can I use the v3 client API as a replacement?
No, the v3 client API cannot be used as a replacement for the developer API. The client API is intended solely for on-site, first-party, use, and attempting to use it off-site may lead to unexpected behaviors such as captchas and blocks.
